Southern Deer Stands, LLC is seeking an experienced MIG welder and fabricator to build our products.   This is a contract position and it requires the ability to read specifications documents, metal and aluminum cutting, ability to fabricate and weld with high quality.  Also required are a strong sense of pride of workmanship and a sense of urgency to complete jobs according to deadlines.  This position requires heavy lifting and working in non-climate controlled environments.  Southern Deer Stands will provide fabrication process training.  All work is performed at our shop.

 You must have a flexible work schedule and the amount of work per week is based on our production that week.

Southern Deer Stands is seeking a 100% commissioned Inside Sales Representative to assist with day-to-day phone orders. This is a contract position and it requires sales and customer service experience, order pricing and invoicing and a working knowledge of Southern Deer Stands product lines. This position requires excellent computer, email and customer service skills.  Our client base is comprised of a combination of direct retail and dealer sales.  Our product lines include deer blinds, deer blind windows, custom welding/fabrication, and other hunting and outdoor related products.    

The right candidate will understand this is an excellent opportunity for someone that enjoys working with customers and providing the solution to their needs.  In addition, the right candidate recognizes that we that have underdeveloped markets and sales territories.  Ambition is the key in combination with the ability to close sales in an honest and professional manner.  We will provide sales process training for this position.
