Ordering

It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information for orders.  Southern Deer Stands requires bill to and ship to address and contact information.  Credit card payments require card holder name, card bill to address, card type, card number, card expiration date, and card security code.  Southern Deer Stands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Southern Deer Stands shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled due to such error, Southern Deer Stands shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Price

All prices are subject to change without notice and will be determined at the time of order acceptance by Southern Deer Stands.  Order acceptance occurs when payment terms conditions are met by customer to Southern Deer Stands.

Shipment and Delivery

All product shipments will be made FOB Origin, title and risk of loss transfer to customer upon transfer of product to carrier.    Southern Deer Stands is not responsible for damages to products during shipping.  It is the customers responsibility to report any shipping damages immediately to carrier.

Payment Terms

Custom or special orders require prepayment and are non-refundable after customer authorization.  Orders for inventoried items require a minimum of 50% down and 50% due on pick-up or delivery, down payment is subject to a 25% restocking fee due to cancellation for any reason.  Customer is responsible for all freight or shipping charges.  We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Checks by Phone (E-Checks).   Customer may not take delivery of order until it is paid in full.

Taxes

Customer is responsible for all applicable federal, state, municipal, and other government taxes (such as sales tax).  Valid tax exemption certificates must be presented to Southern Deer Stands at point of sale to be honored.
