June 6, 2010 - Think you have the best deer blind in Texas...then enter our new contest. May 17, 2010 - NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT - Southern Deer Stands is pleased to announce two new products in our growing product line up. Our new Extreme Series Ladder Stands and Game Hoist. You will notice that the Extreme Series products feature heavy duty design and construction. The Extreme Series Ladder stands are designed for either archery or rifle hunters that desire almost 360 view. The product also features a large platform with rails for safety. Our new Extreme Series Game Hoists make the task of game cleaning fast and simple. The hoist also pivots allowing you to easily load the animal in the back of your truck of side by side utility vehicle.
May 16, 2010 - Southern Deer Stands announces our newest dealer, D&L Farm and Home in Denton, Texas. The team at D&L put together a great Wildlife Days event on Saturday, May 15th. D&L provided lunch and got a good turn out of customers that visited with us. We appreciate Rex and the team at D&L and are proud to have them as a Southern Deer Stands dealer right here in Denton. April 13, 2010 - Congratulations to Lance Sebesta of Sugarland, Texas who won the 2010 Oklahoma Deer Hunt Drawing. Lance will enjoy three nights lodging, meals, camp transportation, and hunting from a Southern Deer Stands luxury deer blind. He will be allowed to harvest one buck using a rifle. March 30, 2010 - Press Release - Southern Deer Stands licenses Deadfall Camouflage. We are pleased to announce that we have again partnered with a great company in the industry to offer our customers more choices on our aluminum insulated blinds. Deadfall Camo based in Arkansas has a very nice camo pattern that blends well in most any environment.
March 27, 2010 - Introducing the new Southern Deer Stands SDS 360 View blinds. Our new SDS 360 View blinds are made with UV resistance plastic, provide a 360 degree view and come in either bottom entry or side entry models. The blinds have 6 windows for complete visibility and can be purchased with or without a tower and with or without our windows. Pricing starts at $800 for blind.

March 8, 2010 - Southern Deer Stands Pro Staff member provides immediate results for Anna, Texas landowner with feral hog problem. From the beginning Southern Deer Stands has been based on the principle of being both a product and service company. In keeping with that core principle, Randy Jones of the Southern Deer Stands Pro Staff team deployed one of our hog traps and within 24 hours is already providing results for the landowner who is experiencing significant depredation to land and crops.
